Christmas Morning 2010

Doing some Major catching up!!

Santa was very good to us!!
Bryson asked for STINKY the GARBAGE TRUCK ( I mean really??) He was so excited to see that he had received his truck!! Every time he told someone what he was asking for his face beamed!!!!

Austin asked for a police officer Battle Machine cars. Santa was nice and looked all over for this! Ended up ordering it online!

Tucker asked for a basketball hoop. It sat in the kitchen for a few weeks and then was moved downstairs. He loves it and can play many different games on it!!

These three played all morning with their remote control cars!! The police officer took the others to jail. The garbage truck ended up eating the other. :)

Mom still hard at getting her dish rags done. Never likes her getting her picture taken.

My sister is so cute in her hat!! I am so glad she was able to join us for Christmas!! We love having them!! Something about Christmas and family! :) Love the season it is one of my favorites!! They are all my favorite! :)

Christmas In Disneyland

(notice how wet Tucker is and Austin, Yep Nothing but WATER!)
I think this Christmas so far has been one we will never forget!! From going to Disneyland and Lego land, visiting my Aunt and Uncle in California, flying with all the kids for the first time, spending Christmas Eve taking dinner and Christmas to a family, to talking the day after Christmas in a wonderful ward we so love about how to Keep Christ in Christmas!! We had such an enjoyable two weeks!! This season was so fun!! To top it off Mike took like what seemed like two weeks off and he finished school and is now a proud owner of a Bachelors Degree!! Yippee. That is a post for another day! :)
I am going to have to get a lot of photos off my phone and add them. Because of the weather being so rainy that is how I took most of the photos. It was so so so WET!! Yes it was miserable but we still managed to have a fun time! I ended up getting the worst cold I have ever had in my life but was glad it wasn't worse! The kids had a blast even when I cut out pants for them from garbage bags and duck taped them. The first day we were so drenched and everyone was done by 5. Everywhere was out of rain gear because it was so bad. So I took it upon myself to make them some rain gear. Bryson was first and when I put them on him He said "Mom these are just awful" :) I was thinking Payback stinks!! :) JK not really I seriously didn't pay for them to not go to Disneyland so I did my best to make it work. They were so funny half way through the day Austin said " I forgot I was even wearing them and I am all dry. " So much better!
While we were there Santa was there with his Reindeer!! All of them! They were so cute!

It's a small world was one of our favorites because it was inside and you weren't getting rained on.

I love Disneyland at Christmas time it is so magical!! All the lights are so beautiful!!

Bryson at the Beach

Austin wanted to go down to the beach but we were a bit sick of water!

Tucker loved reading his Lightening Thief Series. We gave him the last book so he could read on the plane and stuff and he was loving it.

These three are so impossible to take a picture of sometimes! (well most all the time)

I LOVE the San Diego Temple! It is so beautiful! With all the rain everything was so green!!

This Christmas was one to remember and I am pretty sure the kids will never forget it! We went to check into our last Hotel and it was under 5 feet of water. No electricity and it was still pouring rain. We had to find a new hotel. Crazy!! We loved being together and coming home the day before Christmas Eve!! Christmas Eve we made a turkey dinner for a family in need and wrapped all their presents. The boys picked out two bikes for these two little boys. We then delivered them to this cute mom and two boys. They were so excited to see these bikes and the older one asked if he could take it to his room! :) How cute it was and humbling to see this sweet family get so excited!! Then we came home and had Dinner for a King. We are going to continue this tradition!! It was so special I hope we can do it every year!! My mom and sister were here with us and that made it even better! The next day Mike's mom joined us along with my brother and his daughter. We had a great holiday weekend and it was so enjoyable!! Even speaking was so good about as good as it can get speaking to a new congregation!! We love our ward and know we are going to love it here!!

Even though it was totally WET, raining nonstop we loved every minute together!! What a blessing it was to go and be together! I am already looking forward to another!!

Nothing like being sopping wet! Bryson's favorite ride was Space Mountain! :)

Austin still was able to smile, he loved the train roller coaster! Big Thunder.

Tucker was the wettest of all I think and his favorite ride was California Screamin! (with his dad of course)
We hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas with your families and friends!! Thank you for your friendship this past year!! We love all of you!

Thanksgiving Scare

We went to Idaho for Thanksgiving. It was a lot of fun to be able to spend it with our family! We love being with our family on the Holidays! Nothing is better than Thanksgiving together! Well our ride home was a bit scary! We were in the Ogden area. The roads were really slick and dangerous. We passed a lot of slide offs. A snowplow was driving over the overpass while we were going under it. Sure enough this huge dark thing is coming at me. I think it was a chunk of ice. Hit our windshield with a terrible sound I never want to hear again and chattered our windshield. I had pieces of glass all over me and was glad that was all! Needless to say we were glad to get home that night!

LeRoy

I mean is there anything sweeter than this?? Tucker and LeRoy had a love for each other that is for sure!

Ok I am a bit bugged I can't seem to get my photos to go in the way I want to. Having a hard time moving them where I need them. Not sure what my problem is so I am going with the way they are. Sorry.
LeRoy loved to tease Austin for some reason. He would chase him and just try to give him a sloppy kiss! Austin would always try to go and pet him and LeRoy would wait until Austin was close enough and then get him! It was so cute and funny!

Just doing what LeRoy likes best.

LeRoy lovin the attention!

Tucker was trying to sneak up on him and didn't quite get there in time.

Grandma came to Bryson's rescue on keeping LeRoy from mauling him!
Like the picture below. . . Funny huh? :)

When he was little he was adorable!!! The sad thing is He didn't stay like this very long!!

Saying goodbye to our good friend LeRoy (our dog) was hard. Mike and I think tried to put on a front but seriously we were attached to him!! He was such a good dog and we just felt he deserved better! He loves to hunt out smells and howl and well those things are not possible in the city! :) We had him for 3 years and well in the beginning I thought he was so cute and well he actually really was!! :)

But when he started to chew up all my things and dig holes well he wasn't so cute! I will never forget one day going out on the porch and catching him chew up my flip flops. I never spend money on flip flops and well these were a bit price and brand new. He did quite a number on them!! I was so mad!! I hit him with one. He never chewed another pair of my shoes again! :)

We moved and well he just didn't seem to like the move so much. He moped around and wasn't his happy self. Every time we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house and brought him he was so happy to run for miles and have freedom!! So we had Grandma and Grandpa come and get him over Halloween. He now lives in Idaho. The thing that made this so much easier was that we knew where he was going and we knew we would see him again and that he was going to love his new home!!

The hardest part about this whole thing was he and Tucker were buddies!! Anytime Tucker came outside boy LeRoy had his eyes on him and would howl until Tucker would come and pet him. He loved Tucker and they had a special bond. I wish we could have kept him for that alone! Tucker loves to visit him and they still have that same bond Thank Heavens!

Goodbye LeRoy we love and miss you!!

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for taking such good care of LeRoy!!

Family Photos October 2010

After we moved, we went to Salt Lake to take some pictures! Every year I do this and I am so not a professional but I love taking pictures of my boys!! If I had more time I would like to take a photography class! I know I will someday. (Soon) I guess Mike and I are too cheap to pay for a photographer to come and take our pictures also. So this is my attempt to capture these three I love so much.
It amazes me when I think back to last year it seems like yesterday yet when I go back and look at last years picture they have changed so much! Time flies and I want these three to stay little!! I miss last years little one but enjoy this years young man!! Life is full of precious moments!

Tucker looks so much older this year to me! People keep telling me they hear his voice getting deeper! Yikes! He really has taken on an older look this year. I can't believe he is 11! Crazy!

"He moved, No HE did. I was the one who was holding still. " This is all I hear. And now here is the proof. :)

Austin is getting older also almost 7 infact! But I tell you he still has his baby face thank heavens! He likes me to take his picture only by himself. Not with the other two.

Brsyon . . . oh he is a joy! Always being silly and making his family laugh. Often he is serious but we all find it funny! He doesn't realize a lot of the time how funny he is! 5 is coming way to fast for this one! If we don't hurry up and have another one then I am going to be really sad! He has been so much fun and grown up too fast!

I love these four so much and have been so blessed by them in so many ways!! I am the luckiest girl a live!

These two are often inseperable!! They do so much together and should have been twins really but they have a bond that I am oten amazed by! These are our family photos . . . Until next year!!
